Costs
We will quote you a cost on request. Remember that that there are a number of additional expenses such as stamp duty, Land Registry, VAT, and several search fees including those with the Local Authority to ascertain any planning issues that may affect the property. Other searches may include flooding, contaminated land and mining subsidence.

After working for the County Court in Plymouth as an administration officer, Darren worked for the Thompsons Partnership, Gill Akaster and Whiteford Crocker Solicitors - all based in Plymouth.

James is the head of the Wills, Probate and Trusts department and undertakes conveyancing work. He is a director of Caunters Solicitors Ltd. and is on the committee of the Cornwall Law Society.
